Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Service Delivery Analyst within the Margin Services Operations Service Delivery (OSD) team to enhance client experience across a diverse set of buy-side derivatives firms.

You will drive strategic initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and maintain high service levels for Margin Services clients globally. In this role, you will partner with Relationship Management and Client Service teams to deliver client reviews, manage inquiries, and support regulatory

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing client queries related to Margin Services.
• Monitor and maintain Operational Service Levels, handling escalations.
• Use data to provide insights to clients and identify operating improvements.
• Partner with Relationship Management and Client Service teams for reviews and workshops.
• Develop networks of internal stakeholders across the business.
• Contribute to delivery of cross-team workstreams and projects.
• Provide reporting, analytics, and project support to MS Operations management.
• Support Audit, Regulatory and Compliance deliverables and action plans.
• Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for Town Halls and strategy sessions.
• Maintain internal resources on collaboration sites like SharePoint.
• Participate in initiatives to simplify and improve operational processes.
