Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. Margin Services OSD team is seeking a Service Delivery Analyst to support the end-to-end Margin Services function for a diverse client base, including buy-side derivatives firms.

You will monitor service levels, manage client inquiries, and analyze data to identify improvements, while collaborating with Relationship Management and Client Service to deliver reviews and workshops across regions.

Join our dynamic Margin Services OSD team and play a pivotal role in proactively enhancing the Client Experience for a diverse portfolio of Buy-side Derivatives Firms.

Margin Services Operations is a diverse, rapidly-growing area offering a wide variety of Collateral-based products to a varied Client-base, ranging from Broker Dealer groups to Hedge Funds, Pension Funds and Global Fund Managers.The Trading Services Operations function supports 3 main products: Derivatives (MS), Securities Lending (SCM) and Tri Party Repo (TPR). This role is within the Derivatives (MS) group, and specifically the Operational Service Delivery (OSD) team.

As a Service Delivery Analyst within the Margin Services Operations Service Delivery (OSD) team you will have the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives that shape the future of our business, and contribute to the success of our Global Operations. As a member of the OSD team, you will collaborate with Stakeholders across Securities Services to maintain high standards of Operational Service Levels for the Margin Services Business.

Job responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing Client queries related to the end-to-end Margin Services function.
• Proactively monitor and maintain Operational Service Levels to Clients, owning Operational escalations from identification through to remediation.
• Utilise available data to provide meaningful data and analysis to Clients to highlight areas for improvement within their Operating Model.
• Partner with Relationship Management and Client Service teams to deliver Client Service Reviews and Due Diligence workshops.
• Develop excellent networks of internal Stakeholders across the business.
• Contribute to the delivery of key workstreams, tasks, and projects across the OSD teams, collaborating cross-region and cross-function where required.
• Provide reporting, analytical, communications and project support to MS Operations management.
• Support Audit, Regulatory and Compliance deliverables; helping to drive action plans and deliverables as required.
• Co-ordinate team activities and prepare materials for Town Halls, Employee Recognition, and strategy working sessions.
• Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites such as SharePoint.
• Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and Management, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing Operational processes.
