Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing Client queries related to the end-to-end Margin Services function.
• Proactively monitor and maintain Operational Service Levels to Clients, owning escalations from identification to remediation.
• Utilise data to provide meaningful analysis to Clients highlighting areas for improvement.
• Partner with Relationship Management and Client Service teams for Client Service Reviews and Due Diligence workshops.
• Develop networks of internal Stakeholders across the business.
• Contribute to key workstreams and projects across OSD teams, cross-region and cross-function.
• Provide reporting, analytical and project support to MS Operations management.
• Support Audit, Regulatory and Compliance deliverables and drive action plans.
• Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for Town Halls and strategy sessions.
• Maintain internal resources on SharePoint and collaboration sites.
• Participate in initiatives to simplify and improve operational processes.

Join our dynamic Margin Services OSD team and play a pivotal role in proactively enhancing the Client Experience for a diverse portfolio of Buy-side Derivatives Firms.

Margin Services Operations is a diverse, rapidly-growing area offering a wide variety of Collateral-based products to a varied Client-base, ranging from Broker Dealer groups to Hedge Funds, Pension Funds and Global Fund Managers. The Trading Services Operations function supports 3 main products: Derivatives (MS), Securities Lending (SCM) and Tri Party Repo (TPR). This role is within the Derivatives (MS) group, and specifically the Operational Service Delivery (OSD) team. As a Service Delivery Senior Associate within the Margin Services Operations Service Delivery (OSD) team, you will promote strategic initiatives that shape the future of the Margin Services business and support the success of Global Operations.

Job responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing Client queries related to the end-to-end Margin Services function.
• Proactively monitor and maintain Operational Service Levels to Clients, owning Operational escalations from identification through to remediation.
• Utilise available data to provide meaningful data and analysis to Clients to highlight areas for improvement within their Operating Model.
• Partner with Relationship Management and Client Service teams to deliver Client Service Reviews and Due Diligence workshops.
• Develop excellent networks of internal Stakeholders across the business.
• Contribute to the delivery of key workstreams, tasks, and projects across the OSD teams, collaborating cross-region and cross-function where required.
• Provide reporting, analytical, communications and project support to MS Operations management.
• Support Audit, Regulatory and Compliance deliverables; helping to drive action plans and deliverables as required.
• Co-ordinate team activities and prepare materials for Town Halls, Employee Recognition, and strategy working sessions.
• Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites such as SharePoint.
• Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and Management, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing Operational processes.
