Job summary

Planning Recruitment Limited in London is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their London team, working on bespoke private residential projects with a multidisciplinary group.

The role focuses on technical delivery of prestigious residential schemes, coordinating design information and collaborating with architects, consultants and contractors to ensure high standards of technical detail and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ UK architectural experience, with strong technical and construction-stage experience.
• Proven experience delivering high-end / prime residential projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit, BIM, AutoCAD and NBS.
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, detailing, specifications and technical compliance.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams.
• Confident working with contractors, responding to RFIs and resolving technical issues.
• Experience with refurbishment, extensions, listed or historic buildings would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of building fabric, thermal upgrades and retrofit desirable.
• Experience mentoring junior staff.
• CIAT membership or progression towards chartership advantageous.
