Job summary

Red King Resourcing is recruiting a Senior Architectural Technician for a busy London practice. The role focuses on producing and coordinating high-quality technical information using Revit, managing technical delivery across projects and liaising with contractors and site teams.

Minimum 5 years' experience and strong UK construction knowledge are required. Office-based with occasional remote work and a competitive salary package on offer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as an Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist.
• Strong proficiency in Revit.
• Experience working with NBS and coordinating technical information.
• Proven experience delivering architectural projects from technical design through to completion.
• Strong understanding of UK construction processes, regulations and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate high-quality technical information across projects, working with architects, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Take responsibility for technical delivery of projects and coordinate information across disciplines.
• Liaise directly with contractors and site teams; attend site visits and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Support junior team members and help manage projects at a senior level.
