Job summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Architect, Technologist or Technician to join their Residential team, taking projects from Stage 4 onwards into technical delivery. Ideally, youll bring strong interior detailing experience, developing detailed design work on high-end high-rise residential schemes.

Candidates should have 6+ years' experience, proven residential work, and be proficient in Revit and rendering/presentation tools.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience as an Architect, Technologist or Technician.
• Proven residential experience, ideally high-end residential, from Stage 4 onwards.
• Experience developing detailed design for interiors preferred.
• Higher Risk Building design experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery on residential projects from Stage 4 onwards

The Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Architect, Technologist or Technician to join their Residential team, taking projects from Stage 4 onwards into technical delivery. Ideally, you'll bring strong interior detailing experience, developing detailed design work on high-end high-rise residential schemes.

Key Requirements

• Proven residential experience, ideally high-end residential, from Stage 4 onwards
• Experience developing detailed design for interiors preferred
• Higher Risk Building design experience preferred
• Strong presenter, good communicator and team player
• Sound understanding of current design standards and regulations
• Proficient in Revit, rendering and presentation software
