Job summary

Quest Global is seeking an Architectural Technician/Technologist to support non-nuclear and nuclear assets at the Devonport Dockyard. You will work with customers to ensure architectural aspects of modifications, redesigns and new infrastructure meet safety, compliance, and operational requirements.

The role requires delivering across RIBA stages 3–5 with input into stages 0–2 where applicable, strong knowledge of BIM tools like Revit, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced Defence/marine

Qualifications

• Degree in related disciplines preferred.
• Typically 10+ years of architectural experience.
• Proven track record delivering projects from RIBA stages 3–5 with lead designer role.
• Knowledge of Revit and BIM level 2.

Responsibilities

• Providing advice on construction related matters.
• Input into various stages of the RIBA process.
• Producing drawing information and specification.
• Liaising with key customer stakeholders and design team.
• Interfacing with statutory authorities.
