Job summary

Quest Global is seeking an Architectural Technician/Technologist to support non-nuclear and nuclear assets at the Devonport Dockyard site. You will ensure architectural aspects of construction modifications, redesigns and new infrastructure meet operational requirements, safety standards and compliance obligations.

Key responsibilities include advising on construction matters, contributing to RIBA stages, producing drawings and liaising with stakeholders, with experience in BIM and Revit highly

Qualifications

• Degree in related disciplines (Preferable).
• Relevant architectural experience.
• Proven track record delivering projects from RIBA stages 3 to 5, including acting as lead designer and overseeing the wider design team.
• Knowledge of RIBA stages 0 to 2 preferable.
• Strong knowledge of Revit and/or similar BIM capable software.
• Proficiency in understanding/production of architectural drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of CDM and BSA.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments, customer-first approach and flexibility to changing requirements.
