Penguin Recruitment in Newcastle is recruiting a Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team. You will deliver projects from inception through to completion, and prepare building regulation packages and planning applications.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural Technology.
• Strong post-qualification experience as a Technician in a UK practice.
• Proficiency with Revit.
• Experience with RIBA stages 4 onwards.
• Experience on projects across sectors.
• Job running experience.
• Excellent technical detailing skills.
• Knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of projects from inception through to completion

• Carry out site visits and undertake surveys to ensure technical compliance
• Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure successful project delivery

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join a national RIBA chartered practice who offer a wide range of expertise to the healthcare, defence, industrial, leisure, residential, and education projects across the UK. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their Newcastle studio.
