Job summary

Carrington West is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join our multidisciplinary design team for technically challenging projects across Defence, Nuclear, Power and Life Sciences. The role offers flexible/hybrid working, with a focus on delivering high-quality architectural information using Revit and BIM Level 2 methodologies.

Qualifications

• Experience as Architectural Technologist in consultancy, contractor or multidisciplinary design environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Strong BIM Level 2 knowledge and experience using NBS Chorus.

Responsibilities

• Producing and developing high-quality architectural drawings, models, and technical documentation using Revit.
• Supporting delivery of architectural work packages across medium and large multidisciplinary teams.
• Interpreting project briefs and delivering solutions that meet client, project and regulatory requirements.
• Applying BIM Level 2 principles and information management processes.
• Assisting with preparation of specifications, including using NBS Chorus.
• Supporting delivery of projects within regulated sectors such as Nuclear, Defence, Life Sciences and Power.
• Coordinating with architects, engineers and stakeholders to deliver buildable design solutions.
• Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy and technical compliance.
