Job summary

Carrington West is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to lead the production and delivery of technical architectural information across multiple projects. The role focuses on high-quality drawings, models and documentation, in collaboration with architects, engineers and specialist teams.

You will apply BIM Level 2 principles and support the preparation of specifications while delivering in regulated environments such as Defence, Nuclear, Power and Life Sciences.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Strong understanding and practical application of BIM Level 2 methodologies.
• Experience delivering architectural packages with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Producing and developing high-quality architectural drawings, models, and technical documentation using Revit.
• Supporting the delivery of architectural work packages across medium and large multidisciplinary project teams.
• Interpreting project briefs and delivering solutions that meet client, project, and regulatory requirements.
• Assisting with the preparation of specifications, including work using NBS Chorus.
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to deliver accurate and buildable design solutions.
• Maintaining exceptional standards of quality, accuracy, and technical compliance throughout project delivery.
