Job summary

Pertemps Tm in Cornwall is seeking an experienced Architectural BIM Technologist to join a well established multidisciplinary consultancy. You will produce and coordinate BIM models, deliver technical drawings, and work with Architects, Engineers and Surveyors across RIBA stages.

The role requires strong Revit skills, knowledge of UK Building Regulations and a collaborative mindset, with flexible working and ongoing professional development on offer.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate BIM models and technical drawing packages using Revit

Architectural BIM Technologist, Cornwall, £35k - £45k DOE

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Revit Technician / Architectural Technologist to join a well established multidisciplinary consultancy with offices in Cornwall and Bristol.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit someone with strong Revit experience to support the delivery of a wide variety of technically challenging projects. Whilst the preference is for someone to be based in Cornwall, applications from Bristol will also be considered.

Working alongside Architects, Engineers and Surveyors, you'll be involved in the production and coordination of BIM models and technical drawing packages across a diverse portfolio of work, giving you excellent exposure to a range of sectors and projects. Role & Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate BIM models and technical drawing packages using Revit

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Architectural Technologist, Architectural Technician or Revit Technician

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
