Job summary

EA Associates in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist to join a multidisciplinary consultancy. You will support and lead technical delivery, coordinating detailed design and production information across projects.

The role requires strong Revit and CAD skills, BIM Level 2 standards, and the ability to work collaboratively with architects and other disciplines to deliver projects from design through to construction.

Qualifications

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist to join an established multidisciplinary consultancy in Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically focused professional to join a collaborative team, working across a range of architectural and construction projects and playing a key role in the technical delivery of projects.

The Role

As Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist, you will be responsible for supporting and leading the technical delivery of projects, working closely with architects, consultants and wider multidisciplinary teams.

You will be involved in:

• Developing and coordinating detailed design and production information
• Producing and managing technical drawings and project information
• Working collaboratively with architects and other technical disciplines
• Supporting the delivery of projects from design through to construction
• Coordinating project information and ensuring technical standards are maintained
• Providing technical guidance and support to other members of the team
• Assisting with design coordination, quality checks and project delivery
• Supporting the development and implementation of CAD/Revit standards

About You
