Job summary

EA Associates is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the technical delivery of architectural projects in Birmingham. You will coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, develop and coordinate detailed design and production information, and collaborate with clients, consultants and project teams to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will have ARB registration with RIBA qualifications (or equivalent), 10+ years of post-ARB experience, and strong Revit/BIM capabilities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Architect with ARB registration and RIBA qualifications or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience post-ARB qualification.
• Proven experience delivering projects with Revit and BIM.

Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Architect to join an established multidisciplinary consultancy in Birmingham.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative professional environment, working alongside a range of technical and design disciplines and contributing to the delivery of high-quality projects.

The Role

As Senior Architect, you will take a leading role within the architectural team, with responsibility for the technical delivery of projects, design coordination and supporting project teams from design through to delivery.

You will be involved in:

• Leading the technical delivery of architectural projects
• Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment
• Coordinating with other technical and design disciplines
• Developing and coordinating detailed design and production information
• Working closely with clients, consultants and project teams
• Providing technical guidance and resolving design and construction issues
• Supporting and mentoring members of the architectural team
• Contributing to project delivery, programme and commercial objectives

About You

The following experience is essential:

• Qualified Architect with ARB registration and relevant RIBA qualifications (or equivalent)
• Strong technical architectural experience with a proven track record of project delivery
• Excellent Revit experience essential
• Strong understanding of BIM and technical design delivery
• Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary consultancy
• Good knowledge of construction, materials, detailing and relevant standards
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• A minimum of 10 years' professional experience post-ARB qualification
