Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to join the Newcastle team. The role involves delivering projects from inception to completion, preparing planning and building regulation submissions, and conducting site visits to ensure technical compliance.

You will liaise with clients and consultants to ensure successful project delivery, drawing on strong Revit skills, detailed technical ability, and knowledge of UK building regulations. This is a permanent, on-site position in Newcastle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
• Post-qualification experience as a Technician in a UK practice.
• Proficiency with Revit.
• Experience from RIBA Stage 4 onwards.
• Experience on projects across a broad range of sectors.
• Job running experience.
• Excellent technical detailing skills.
• Good knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities
