Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Limited in Wrexham is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to lead a range of architectural projects from inception to completion. You will produce high-quality technical drawings using Revit and liaise with clients, contractors and authorities throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience independently running projects.
• Several years' post-qualification experience within an architectural practice.
• Strong technical and detailing ability.
• Confident liaising with clients, contractors and consultants.
• Experience across healthcare, education, commercial, industrial or residential development sectors would be beneficial.
• Ability to mentor and support junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and independently manage a variety of architectural projects from inception through to completion.
• Deliver technically focused projects across diverse sectors.
• Produce high-quality technical drawings, construction details and drawing packages using Revit.
• Liaise directly with clients, contractors, consultants and local authorities throughout project delivery.
• Work on both new-build and refurbishment projects with values ranging from approximately £250k to £15 million.
• Collaborate within a friendly, multidisciplinary team in a highly technical and supportive office environment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior members of the architectural team.
