Job summary

Calibre Search is recruiting an Architectural Technologist for the Newcastle office of an award-winning, multi-disciplinary property consultancy. The role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience and confidence with Revit, with the project scope spanning feasibility through to completion.

You'll work on a varied portfolio across mixed-use, civic, commercial and residential sectors, focusing on materials, light, and how a building sits in its surroundings.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an Architectural Technologist to join an award-winning, multi-disciplinary property consultancy based in the Newcastle office.

Minimum 2 years' experience is required, but we're flexible on level, whether you're a confident intermediate technologist or someone more senior, with salary structured to suit the right candidate.

What You'll Be Working On

You’ll be joining a RIBA chartered architectural team known for its varied portfolio, including mixed-use, civic, commercial, leisure, residential and healthcare projects, along with particular strength in the refurbishment and reuse of existing buildings. There's no fixed house style here; the focus is on finding the right design solution for each location, with a genuine emphasis on materials, light and how a building relates to its surroundings. You'll be involved across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility through to completion and beyond.

Revit will be the primary software used, so previous experience is essential for this position.
