Job summary

Penguin Recruitment is seeking a Senior Architect to lead residential and commercial projects in Liverpool from inception to completion.

You will prepare quotations, submit tenders, and liaise with clients, contractors, and external team members to deliver comprehensive drawings, specifications, and documentation.

Qualifications

• ARB registered and/or equivalent professional registration.
• Post RIBA Part 3 qualification with UK practice experience.
• Experience managing residential and commercial projects.
• Strong experience across all RIBA work stages.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Excellent drawing and design skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Live within a commutable distance to Liverpool.

Duties

• Lead and deliver on residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion
• Prepare quotations and tender submissions
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other external team members

Skills and Experience

• ARB registered
