Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd in Stockport is seeking an Architect to join a RIBA chartered practice. The role focuses on delivering detailed information across RIBA stages for residential, commercial, education, and healthcare sectors.

The successful candidate will be ARB registered with post‑RIBA Part 3 experience and proficient in Revit, with strong technical and presentation skills and excellent communication. This is a permanent, on‑site position at our Stockport studio.

Qualifications

• ARB registered architect with post-RIBA Part 3 experience.
• Proficient in Revit; experience across multiple sectors.
• High‑rise/high‑risk buildings experience is advantageous.
• Strong technical and presentation skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages.
• Work with design team on day‑to‑day project information.
• Liaise with main contractors and sub‑contractors.
• Attend design team meetings and site visits.
• Issue working drawing packs of information.

• Work alongside the design team on day-to-day project information

Skills and experience for the role of Architect:

• ARB registered
• Relevant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience
• Proficiency with Revit
• Experience working on projects across various sectors
