Penguin Recruitment is recruiting a Project Architect for an award-winning Manchester practice. You will lead design and delivery across all RIBA stages, managing projects from inception to completion and coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes strong client leadership, high technical standards, and a collaborative studio environment in a well-established firm.

Qualifications

• Qualified Architect with significant post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience delivering leisure sector projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Confident managing client relationships and leading project meetings.
• Demonstrable experience managing architectural projects independently.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing creative and technically accomplished work.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality architecture within a collaborative studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of projects throughout all RIBA work stages.
• Manage projects from inception through to completion, ensuring quality, programme and budget objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate internal design teams, consultants and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, leading meetings and presenting design proposals.
• Ensure project milestones are delivered efficiently and to a high technical standard.
• Contribute to the continued success and growth of the practice through collaborative working.
