Job summary

Penguin Recruitment in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Architect to join a RIBA chartered practice. You will manage and deliver a range of projects across sectors, producing detailed information for RIBA stages and coordinating with contractors.

The role requires ARB registration, UK post-Part 3 experience, and proficiency with Revit, with a hybrid Liverpool-based working pattern and a competitive salary of £35,000–£40,000. Live within a commutable distance to Liverpool area.

Qualifications

• ARB registered architect is required.
• Post RIBA Part 3 qualification with UK practice experience.
• Proficiency with Revit is essential.
• Experience on large-scale projects across sectors is preferred.
• Excellent drawing and design skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Live within a commutable distance to Liverpool.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver a range of projects.
• Produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages.
• Work with the design team on day-to-day project information.
• Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teams.
• Attend design team meetings and site visits.
• Issue working drawing packs of information.
