Job summary

Bimplus in Durham is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our multidisciplinary team delivering projects across residential, industrial, commercial and education sectors. You will lead on large scale schemes through all RIBA stages, liaising with clients, contractors and the internal team to ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires ARB registration, post RIBA Part 3 UK experience, and expert proficiency in Revit.

Qualifications

• ARB registered with UK practice experience post Part 3.
• RIBA Part 3 qualification and ARB registration are required.
• Proficiency with Revit is essential.
• Experience leading large-scale commercial projects and multi-sector delivery.
• Strong drawing and design skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead on large scale commercial projects through all RIBA work stages.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and internal team.
• Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit.
• Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance.

Duties for the role of Senior Architect:

• Lead on large scale commercial projects through all RIBA work stages
• Liaise alongside clients, contractors and other members of the team
• Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit
• Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
• Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentations

Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architect:

• ARB registered
• Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit is essential
• Experience managing projects across various sectors
