Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, data analytics, or related field.
• Six or more years of experience in financial operations, payments, sales operations, business analysis, or related field.
• Experience with financial systems, ERP platforms, databases, and management reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills for large datasets.
• Experience validating data accuracy and generating actionable reports.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and complex projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Identify root causes and implement practical improvements.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Support the operation and execution of transactional global payments.
• Partner with AP/AR, Procurement Operations, Partner Payment Operations, and other teams.
• Investigate and resolve complex financial transaction issues.
• Lead reporting and information management with timely delivery.
• Audit outputs and validate data accuracy.
• Develop and improve data storage, archiving, and privacy-compliant processes.
• Identify root causes and implement improvements.
• Create reports and visualizations to improve efficiency.
• Manage multiple priorities and stakeholder needs.
• Translate analyses into actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with BI teams to productionalize opportunities.
