Job summary

Carnival UK is seeking an Analyst, OBR & Product Performance to deliver data-driven insights for the Guest Experience team. You will analyse revenue, costs and guest satisfaction, build dashboards, and support pricing initiatives and forecasting to drive commercial performance.

You will collaborate with Finance, Hotel Operations and stakeholders, develop KPIs, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a data analyst or similar analytical role with strong data interpretation.
• Experience developing reporting, dashboards and performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and reporting systems knowledge; Power BI experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Analysing revenue, cost, volume and guest satisfaction data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Developing performance reporting, dashboards and scenario modelling to provide meaningful insight.
• Supporting product lifecycle management, pricing, forecasting and budgeting through accurate analysis.
• Establishing and monitoring KPIs for commercial initiatives and recommending actions.
