Working closely with the wider Onboard Revenue & Product Development team, Finance, Hotel Operations and other stakeholders, you will use commercial analysis to support data-driven decision-making, product enhancement and revenue growth. This pivotal role will involve:

  • Experience working as a data analyst or within a similar analytical role, with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Experience developing reporting, dashboards and performance analysis, including financial and non-financial reporting solutions.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting system knowledge, with experience of Power BI or similar reporting tools useful but not essential.

  • A collaborative approach, building effective relationships and working confidently with stakeholders across different business functions.
  • Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to strengthen reporting, data quality and analytical capability.
  • Clear communication skills, with the confidence to present findings, share recommendations and respectfully speak up.
