Job summary

Carnival UK is seeking a data analyst to support Onboard Revenue analysis across P&O Cruises and Cunard. You will analyse revenue, costs and guest satisfaction, develop dashboards and scenarios to guide decisions, and assist in pricing, forecasting and budgeting. Hybrid work with up to two days from home is offered.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience turning data into clear recommendations, and proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience as a data analyst or similar analytical role.
• Experience developing reporting, dashboards and performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and reporting systems knowledge; Power BI is beneficial.
• Commercial awareness with translating data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyse revenue, cost, volume and guest satisfaction data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Develop performance reporting, dashboards and scenario modelling for insights.
• Support product lifecycle management, pricing, business cases, forecasting and budgeting.
• Establish, monitor and interpret KPIs for commercial initiatives and recommend actions.
