Job summary

Carnival UK (P&O Cruises & Cunard) is seeking an Analyst, Data and Insights to join the PMO in Southampton. The role focuses on delivering accurate data, reporting and analytical insight to support decision-making across the CCS portfolio.

This office-based position works with various stakeholders to build a complete CCS portfolio view, linking project, programme, delivery, and resource data into reliable reporting and insights. Strong BI skills and attention to data quality are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence or insight roles.
• Experience producing dashboards and visualisations using Power BI or equivalent BI platforms.
• Strong Excel capability and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience gathering and translating stakeholder requirements into practical reporting or analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, timely reporting across the CCS portfolio to give leadership visibility of performance and delivery progress.
• Support demand, capacity and utilisation reporting across the CCS portfolio.
• Consolidate, cleanse and structure data from multiple systems into reliable analytical datasets.
• Develop dashboards, reports and visualisations that provide clear, actionable insight.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and automate manual activities.
