Job summary
Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Technical Supervisor to manage domestic Air Source Heat Pump installations across Gloucestershire and surrounding areas. The role focuses on site surveys, project audits and ensuring high-quality delivery for a new heat pump contract.
You will supervise installation teams, liaise with clients, provide technical support, and ensure compliance with standards. The position offers hybrid working, a salary of £50,000–£60,000, a company van, 28 days
Qualifications
- Experience with domestic Air Source Heat Pump installations.
- NVQ in Plumbing & Heating or BPEC qualification preferred.
- Proven experience supervising on-site installation teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise domestic Air Source Heat Pump installations.
- Conduct site surveys, project audits and heat loss calculations.
- Liaise with clients to ensure high-quality, timely project delivery.
- Cover Gloucestershire and surrounding areas including Herefordshire and Forest of Dean.
- Provide project information and technical support to engineers and customers.
- Act as the main client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist engineers with technical queries and ensure standards compliance.
