Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a Technical Supervisor in Gloucester to manage domestic Air Source Heat Pump installations, conduct site surveys and audits, and liaise with clients to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.

The role covers Gloucestershire and surrounding areas with a hybrid working arrangement combining on-site and remote work. A strong supervisory background and relevant heat pump qualifications are preferred, along with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong background and experience in Air Source Heat Pump installations.
• Ideally holding a BPEC Heat Pump qualification and/or an NVQ in Plumbing & Heating.
• Proven experience managing and supervising teams of installers on site.
• Based within a commutable distance of Gloucestershire and surrounding areas.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
