Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is looking for a Heat Pump Engineer to install domestic air source heat pump systems across Berkshire and Surrey. This mobile role covers sites from home with a weekly visit to the Newbury office for materials.

You will lead on-site teams, coordinate engineers and apprentices, and handle client liaison while replacing gas systems with heat pumps and new radiators. A strong 5+ year track record and UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in domestic air source heat pump installations.
• Experience running small domestic sites and coordinating trades.
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating or BPEC qualification.
• Familiar with MCS industry requirements.
• Full UK driving licence and eligible postcodes RG, SL, GU, KT.

Responsibilities

• Install domestic air source heat pump systems in homes.
• On-site team leadership, coordinating engineers and apprentices.
• Decommission gas heating and install heat pumps, radiators, etc.
• Travel across Berkshire and Surrey; weekly office visit for materials.
