Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Heat Pump Engineer to install domestic air source heat pump systems across residential properties, covering Berkshire and Surrey. You will lead a small on-site team, coordinate engineers and apprentices, and be the main client contact on site.

The role includes decommissioning gas heating and replacing with heat pumps, validating MCS requirements, and traveling to sites across RG, SL, GU and KT with a weekly Newbury office visit for materials.

Qualificações

5+ years hands-on experience with domestic air source heat pump installations.
Experience in running small-scale domestic sites and coordinating apprentices and trades.
NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating or BPEC qualification in heat pump installations.
Proficient with MCS industry requirements.
Full UK driving licence; based in RG, SL, GU or KT postcodes.

Responsabilidades

Installing domestic air source heat pump systems within residential properties.
Running a site team, coordinating engineers, supporting apprentices, and acting as client contact on site.
Decommissioning gas heating systems and replacing with heat pumps, radiators, pipework, cylinders, etc.
Traveling to sites across RG, SL, GU, KT postcodes; initial travel from home with weekly office visit in Newbury for materials.
