Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Heat Pump Engineer to install domestic air source heat pump systems across residential properties with on-site leadership responsibilities.

You will manage a small team, coordinate engineers, support apprentices, and serve as the on-site client contact. The role covers Berkshire and Surrey with travel from home and a weekly office visit to Newbury for materials, offering a salary of £40,000–£52,000 DOE and a Monday to Friday 8am–4:30pm schedule, plus

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in domestic air source heat pump installations.
• Experience running small-scale domestic sites and coordinating apprentices.
• NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing & Heating and/or BPEC qualification in heat pump installations.
• Confident with MCS industry requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install domestic air source heat pump systems in residential properties.
• Run on-site teams, coordinate engineers and support apprentices.
• Be point of contact for clients on site and ensure smooth project delivery.
