Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is helping a Cambridge-based renewables group recruit a Heat Pump Engineer to service and maintain air and ground source heat pumps across high-end residential properties in Cambridgeshire and East Anglia. The role is field-based, typically 2–4 jobs per day, with early starts and a focus on high-quality workmanship.

You will receive specialist training, mentoring for junior engineers, and a clear route into supervisory level, with progression alongside ongoing

Qualifications

• Experienced heat pump engineer with air source heat pump experience.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Strong customer-facing manner working in high value homes.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance of air and ground source heat pumps.
• Mentor junior engineers and support technical queries for the office.
• Field-based role with 2–4 jobs per day, 7am–4:30pm.
• Progression to supervisor level with training in ground source and MVHR.
