Job summary

the company is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead end-to-end enterprise software implementations for major customers. You will articulate product positioning, collaborate with Sales and Partners, and define the Services Value proposition while creating statements of work during pre-sales.

You will guide projects, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage multiple engagements with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Client-facing project management experience in enterprise software implementations.
• Extensive experience in project management disciplines including risk/issue/action logs.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholder management and timelines.
• Experience in leading consulting teams onshore and offshore.
• Ability to position services and write proposals and statements of work.
• Experience with partner ecosystems and co-delivery models.
• Ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
• Strong analytical skills applying tech to business problems.
• Willingness to be certified in company products.
• PM/PRINCE2/Safe/Agile certifications.
• Bachelor or Master in CS/Engineering/Math or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transformational customer programs and define project outcomes.
• Plan, schedule, and manage timelines and activities from kickoff through training.
• Manage resources, scope, budget, and multiple projects with detailed plans.
• Collaborate with executives, process owners and technical teams; be the main point for feature requests and escalations.
• Regularly report project status, risks, and issues; keep data current in PSA systems.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to the implementation team and partners.
• Contribute to continual improvement of services methods and best practices.
