Celonis seeks a Principal Project Manager to drive end-to-end implementations for our largest customers. You’ll articulate Celonis’ Services value, create statements of work, and coordinate with Sales, Partners and Value Engineering.

You will identify additional Services needs during engagements, ensure customer satisfaction, and guide the delivery team while expanding Celonis methodologies across projects.

Qualificações

• Client-facing project management experience in enterprise software implementations.
• Disciplined project management with plans, risk/issue/action logs, and cross-functional problem-solving.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex transformational programs and steer projects to successful outcomes.
• Plan, schedule, and manage timelines and activities from kickoff through training, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Manage resources, scope and budget across multiple projects with detailed plans.
