Job summary

LinuxRecruit in Munich seeks an experienced Senior Product Manager to own product strategy and drive AI-enabled growth onsite. You set the direction, trade-offs, and own adoption and revenue for your modules, while engineers handle delivery with AI agents.

You’ll work closely with senior industrial buyers, craft framed problems with evidence, and lead discovery sessions in German and English. On-site role requiring German fluency and strong B2B SaaS know-how.

Qualifications

• Proven track record owning a product with clear outcomes.
• B2B SaaS experience with complex workflows.
• Experience building with AI: prototypes, AI agents, discovery.
• AI-first habit: automating product ops.
• Strong design and UX judgment for dense, data-heavy software.
• Stakeholder management with C-level and manufacturers.
• German at native level (C1+) and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Develop the strategy for your part of the product: where it goes, why, and what it will not do.
• Create a plan as guidance, and be ready to throw it away when experiments and customer learnings say so.
• Build, not just decide: ship small changes yourself when that is the fastest way to learn, and put working software in front of users early.
• Run product operations and your own work AI-first, including discovery synthesis, analytics, documentation and automated internal processes.
• Set priorities and make hard calls, including scope or stop decisions.
• Do discovery where the work happens: on site with teams at manufacturers.
• Hold the room with senior industrial buyers: be a credible expert in their domain.
