Job summary

WRITER, a leader in enterprise AI, seeks a Senior Staff Product Manager in London. You’ll own high-impact, multi-area problems, shape multi-quarter roadmaps, and unblock execution with customer empathy, technical depth, and business judgment to turn AI capabilities into products customers love.

You’ll mentor PMs, align cross-functional stakeholders, and define success metrics, communicating strategy with clarity to engineers and executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, platform, or AI/ML environments.
• Autonomous, multi-team problem-space ownership with senior influence.
• Genuine customer obsession and ability to translate workflows into product requirements.
• Technical credibility to discuss system design, LLM capabilities, and data.
• Strong strategy and execution skills with clear release planning.
• Exceptional communication across engineers to executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product initiatives from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Shape strategy and roadmap in partnership with VP of Product.
• Engage with enterprise buyers and end users to uncover needs and validate solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to define requirements and tradeoffs.
• Align stakeholders across GTM, sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Define success metrics and report outcomes to leadership.
• Mentor and coach other PMs to raise product craft and velocity.
