Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a Senior BDR Specialist for our fast-growing UK digital agency partner. You will qualify inbound leads, conduct deep-dive discovery calls for bespoke websites, software, and AI-powered solutions while managing high-volume outbound activity.

This remote role offers flexible hours with GMT overlap 1pm–5pm and performance-based bonuses. You will build strong CRM records, create tailored proposals, and help senior leadership focus on high-value opportunities across global clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling high-value websites, software, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience in a digital marketing or technology agency environment.
• GMT hours with a core overlap of 1pm–5pm GMT.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads generated by the marketing team with a response time under 15 minutes.
• Conduct comprehensive discovery calls to extract business requirements for websites, custom software, and AI-powered solutions.
• Gather detailed project scopes to prepare initial solution recommendations and package proposals.
• Manage high-volume outbound activity, including 80–100 touchpoints daily across calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Book 30+ qualified appointments per month for the Senior Sales Executive.
• Maintain meticulous CRM records, ensuring opportunities are documented and updated within 24 hours.
• Act as a strategic bridge between marketing and delivery to ensure seamless client handovers.
• Nurture long‑term prospects that are not yet sales‑ready through consistent follow‑up.
