Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a bilingual Italian-speaking Sales Development Representative to join a premier sales acceleration team. You will conduct outbound calls, qualify opportunities, and manage a Salesforce pipeline as part of a high-growth, remote-first environment with UK/EU business hours.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine messaging and maximize conversion rates, leveraging multi-channel outreach and a proven sales methodology.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Italian.
• Professional-level English.
• Minimum 2 years in B2B SDR or inside sales.
• Ability to work UK/EU business hours (9:00–17:00).
• Strong coachability and curiosity to learn complex industries.
• Affable and determined personality for an outbound environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 50 high-quality outbound calls per day to key decision-makers within the Italian market.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities to meet a target of 10 outbound opportunities per month.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage your pipeline, track activity, and ensure data integrity.
• Execute multi-channel outreach strategies to build a robust sales funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and optimize conversion rates.
