Fin, the AI Customer Agent company, is hiring Staff Product Engineers to join the AI Group and build Fin's AI-powered products. Product Engineers work closely with ML Scientists and product teams to define features and rapidly prototype for customers.

This extremely product-focused team ships to beta quickly, collaborating across product and design, while enabling engineers to grow and raise the bar on performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience shipping high-quality products.
• No ML experience required; strong software engineering skills are valued.
• Strong fundamentals and willingness to learn ML as you work on the team.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Maths or Statistics or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build the systems powering Fin's flagship AI products, primarily in the ML Python stack and Rails app.
• Collaborate with ML Scientists to productionize proof-of-concept code.
• Partner with product teams to shape the AI-powered product experience for customers.
• Contribute to all phases of software development from ideation to testing.
• Mentor and develop other engineers; raise technical standards across the group.
