Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking Senior+ AI Infrastructure Engineers to build the systems that train and serve Fin's next generation of AI products.

You will join a small, highly technical team at the cutting edge of modern AI infrastructure, focusing on distributed training pipelines, low-latency inference services, and GPU-level performance optimisations in production environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with training or inference at scale.
• Experience with GPU programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and scale training pipelines for large transformer and LLM models.
• Build and optimize inference services with low latency and high reliability.
• Tune GPU kernels and improve utilization across training and inference stacks.
• Collaborate with ML scientists to bring cutting-edge methods to production.
