Fin, now part of Salesforce, is hiring Staff Product Engineers for the AI Group to build Fin's AI-powered products. You will work in the ML Python stack and collaborate with ML Scientists and product teams to move concepts into production.

Qualifications

• 10+ years shipping high-quality products.
• No ML experience required; strong software engineering skills valued.
• Demonstrated impact in prior work.
• Strong fundamentals and willingness to learn ML.
• Deep knowledge of a high-level language (Ruby, Python, JavaScript).

Responsibilities

• Build systems powering Fin's AI products in Python and Rails.
• Collaborate with ML scientists to productionize PoCs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to shape product experiences.
• Contribute to all phases of software development from ideation to testing.
• Mentor other engineers and raise technical standards.
