Fin is an AI Customer Agent company seeking a senior ML leader to drive research, prototyping, and production deployment of impactful ML features. You will mentor engineers, raise technical standards, and partner with product and design to ship cutting-edge solutions that scale across channels and customers.

You will operate in a product-focused team, enabling rapid beta releases while delivering measurable business value and maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years applied ML experience.
• Background in a senior/staff role (data science, software, or academia).
• Demonstrated product impact and leadership.
• Strong programming skills across modern ML stacks.
• Experience as primary technical leader for a team.
• Excellent cross-disciplinary communication.
• Comfort with ambiguity in product-driven ML work.
• Advanced ML education (e.g., MSc).
• Solid scientific thinking and experimentation mindset.

Responsibilities
