Job summary

Fin is expanding its AI Product Management function and seeks a Staff AI Product Manager to shape the vision and roadmap for core AI systems powering Fin. You will work at the intersection of AI research and product development, turning complex AI capabilities into simple, delightful experiences for customers.

You’ll lead a high‑ownership area of Fin's AI platform, partner with a world‑class AI team, and deliver production launches while iterating toward measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Strong AI and technical fluency, with experience in AI/ML products and generative AI.
• Excellent product judgment balancing customer needs, business goals and tech realities.
• Sharp problem framing using research data and direct customer conversations.
• Ability to ship high‑quality AI software with safety and reliability focus.

Responsibilities

• Own a major area of Fin's AI platform or AI agent with vision and strategy.
• Understand customers, business, and technology to build a compelling roadmap.
• Collaborate daily with ML scientists, engineers, designers, and researchers.
• Lead end‑to‑end production launches, running experiments and measuring success.
• Coordinate with GTM, marketing, support, and operations to drive adoption.
