Job summary

BigPanda is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our Professional Services team in EMEA. This role focuses on delivering enterprise-scale AI Ops implementations and guiding customers through design, build and deployment of BigPanda-powered solutions.

As a trusted advisor, you will influence technical teams and senior stakeholders, drive transformation roadmaps, and ensure successful adoption of BigPanda across strategic customers with a hands-on, end-to-end delivery mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in post-sales, technical architecture, consulting, or professional services.
• Knowledge of monitoring, observability, ITSM, and incident response platforms.
• Strong architecture, whiteboarding, and technical documentation skills across multi-platform environments.
• Proficient coding in Python or Node.js for integrations and solution delivery; AWS familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements from discovery through implementation, adoption, and value realisation
• Guide strategic customers as they implement transformational AI Ops projects, including end-to-end design, build and deployment of thought leadership solutions
• Consult on AI Ops project engagements and implement strategic projects which leads to a customer's successful understanding and adoption of BigPanda.
• Provide an escalated level of support for complex customer operational and architectural issues
• Partner closely cross-functionally with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product and R&D
• Guide customers on their AI journey. Advise on AI readiness and prove the outcome through data.
• Contribute to the Professional Services Practice. We're seeking someone eager to share their knowledge and learnings with their teammates.
