Job summary

BigPanda’s Biggy Engineering team is seeking a Software Engineer to design, build, and ship AI-powered capabilities across the Biggy platform. You will own meaningful features end to end—from understanding the customer problem to launch and iteration—while collaborating with customers, product, and other engineers.

You will work with LLMs, agents, RAG, vector databases, and enterprise integrations, contributing to a high-velocity, outcome-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI-enabled product capabilities with LLMs.
• Strong backend and frontend engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to operate with ownership and speed in ambiguous spaces.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship AI-powered features end-to-end.
• Own features from concept to delivery with customer discovery.
• Work with LLMs, agents, vector databases, and knowledge graphs.
• Collaborate with customers, GTM, product, and engineers.
• Ensure fast iteration while balancing quality, latency, and reliability.
• Share best practices and improve internal tools.
