Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking an exceptional engineering leader to drive strategic work streams across product, AI, and engineering. You will own outcomes end-to-end, deeply understand customer problems, and partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate impact in an AI-first environment.

You will mentor senior engineers, shape direction in early product stages, and ensure high standards while maintaining startup speed within a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Own strategically significant work streams end-to-end.
• Be accountable for outcomes and measured impact.
• Deeply understand the product, customer problems, and context.
• Shape teams in ambiguous spaces and partner with Product.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Sales, and ML engineers.
• Help create a seamless agent experience across channels.
• Develop senior engineers into leaders and drive leadership growth.
• Partner with Engineering Director on group strategy and focus areas.
• Operate in an AI‑first engineering culture and push for innovative practices.
