Fin, now part of Salesforce, is hiring an Engineering Manager for the AI Models Infrastructure Team in the AI Group. This highly technical EM role leads a team of expert engineers to build and operate the foundational infrastructure that powers Fin's AI models.

You will guide delivery of roadmaps, remove impediments, and empower ML scientists and engineers while expanding the team and domain scope as AI initiatives grow. Fin offers a hybrid work model and strong learning opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading technically strong teams.
• Experience leading infra or platform teams.
• Strong prior experience as an engineer.
• Excellent technical judgment and communication.
• Adaptive leadership style for rapid growth.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI.
• Experience training ML models in production (Nice to have).

• Lead a high-performing team building the platform and infrastructure powering Fin's AI capabilities.
• Magnify the team's effectiveness by removing impediments and accelerating progress.
• Support ML Scientists and Engineers building AI-powered capabilities.
• Plan, prioritize, and deliver high-impact roadmaps with senior engineers.
• Empower engineers to act with agency and maximize impact.
• Expand scope over time to own additional platform domains.
