Job summary

Salesforce (Fin) is hiring an Engineering Manager for the AI Models Infrastructure Team in the AI Group. You’ll lead a highly technical team that builds and operates the foundations powering Fin's own AI models. Prior AI experience is preferred to deepen the team's technical capabilities.

You will drive planning, prioritization, and delivery of high-impact roadmaps, empowering engineers to act with autonomy while expanding scope over time.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technically strong teams.
• Experience leading infra or platform teams.
• Strong engineering background with ML exposure.
• Strong technical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team building platform and infrastructure for Fin's AI capabilities.
• Magnify the team’s effectiveness by removing impediments and accelerating progress.
• Support ML Scientists and Engineers delivering AI-powered capabilities.
• Plan and deliver high-impact roadmaps with senior engineers.
