Capgemini is seeking an experienced engineer to design, build and ship agentic AI applications on Microsoft Azure for clients in regulated sectors. This hands-on role sits in a product-aligned team, taking solutions from design through live production and ongoing operation.

You will work across Retail, Utilities, Manufacturing, Transport, Health and the Public Sector, picking up new domains quickly and often while delivering robust, auditable AI systems with guardrails.

Qualifikationen

• Production experience building live LLM-based apps on Azure.
• Strong production coding in Python and/or C#/.NET, including APIs and backend services.
• Practical depth in retrieval-augmented generation and data grounding in live systems.
• Ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-engineers and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Design and ship agentic AI apps on Azure for regulated sectors.
• Own solutions from design to production and ongoing operation.
• Explain AI trade-offs and risk clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor teammates and drive technical delivery across projects.
• Integrate with Azure services and CI/CD pipelines; ensure governance and guardrails.
